We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase so we offer a (7) day from date of delivery period to request a return or exchange for an order that your not completely satisfied with. All returns or exchanges require an RMA number so please call or email us to request an RMA. An RMA must be requested within (7) days of receiving the product for non-defective product. Thereafter, all sales are final.

Damaged Product
Please do not refuse the package. Simply give us a call and we will take care of the issue immediately.
Defective Product
Products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. We will warranty any product for a period of 90 days from the date of the order. Any warranty claims after 90 days must be directed to the manufacturer of the product directly. After 30 days the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to receive replacements for defective products.
Non-Returnable Items (Replacements Only)
The following items are non-returnable. All sales for these items are considered final. If you find one of the items listed below to be defective it will need to be returned and a replacement will be shipped out. Substitution of Product(s) Ordered
We reserve the right to substitute equal brand products.
Shipping and Website Errors
Should the customer receive the incorrect product ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our us and replacements will be shipped. In the event of a pricing error online we will contact the customer prior to shipment of the order.
