CBB61 Ceiling Fan Capacitor | 4-Wire | 4uF+5uF+7uF ± 5% | 250V AC 50/60Hz

This is a CBB61 4-wire capacitor with a 4uF+5uF+7uF ± 5% microfarad rating.  The maximum voltage rating is 250V AC and the hertz frequency is 50/60Hz.  The maximum operating temperature is +70°C.  Don't throw away your favorite ceiling fan because it stopped working.  It's probably just your CBB61 ceiling fan capacitor that burnt out.  These capacitors control the start and stop mechanisms as well as the fan speeds on many different types of ceiling fans as well as other types of motors that use these types of capacitors.

Q:  Do the color of the wires on the new capacitor need to match my old capacitor?
A:  No, the color of the wires do not need to match.  What's important is that you match the total number of wires your capacitors has as well as the uF/microfarad ratings.

Q:  Do you need to match the uF ratings exactly or can you use one that is close in uF ratings?
A:  Our capacitors have a operational range of (+1.0uF higher or -0.5uF lower) than you old capacitors uF rating.  (Example: If you have a old capacitor with a 5uF microfarad rating on one of the wires then you can use a capacitor of ours that has a uF/microfarad rating up to 6uF or as low as 4.5uF)

Q:  My voltage says 350V and your capacitor says 250V.  Does that matter?
A:  The voltage is the "maximum" voltage these capacitors will operate at.  If your using these in a standard home then your voltage input is only 110V so not it will not matter in this home application example.
